With MIMO OTA booming in 2012, the CTIA panel on Over-The-Air Signal Challenges and Analysis - LTE RAN, scheduled for May 9, 2012 at the CTIA Wireless 2012 convention in New Orleans, USA, will be Moderated by Prof. David A. Sanchez-Hernandez, CEO of EMITE. Participants in the Panel include Anritsu, Azimuth, Rohde & Schwarz, and Electro Rent. This Forum provides an understanding of Over-The-Air, multipath signal challenges, the impact on network performance and considerations for end-to-end testing. The Panel can be followed by webcasting and questions from the audience (both physically there and over the Internet) will be directed to panelists and the moderator. Anritsu Corporation and EMITE are proud to announce that the Anritsu MT8820C One-Box Tester has been selected by EMITE as a supported test solution for MIMO OTA LTE compliance testing. The MT8820C is now fully integrated into the EMITE MIMO Graphic User Interface test software, and has successfully being demonstrated to customers worldwide.

EMITE will exhibit the latest developments of the E Series MIMO Analyzer at the EuCAP 2011 conference exhibition, which will take place at EUR Palazzo de Congressi in Rome, from April 11 to April 14, 2011. EuCAP has gained tremendous momemtum in the last years, and it represents an excellent meeting point for antennas and MIMO engineers. EMITE will exhbit at Booth No. 28. For a floor plan, click here
EMITE will also participate with the oral presentation of two papers, one of them invited:
- Monday, April 11. Session CA15 Room C. 14:00-16:20. "Latest Advances in Mode-Stirred Reverberation Chambers for MIMO OTA Evaluation of Wireless Communications Devices". (Invited Paper).
Tuesday, April 12. Session M01 Room N2. 11.00-12:40. "Arbitrary Fading Emulation using Mode-Stirred Reverberation Chambers with Stochastic Sample Handling"
In addition, EMITE will deliver an interesting cutting-edge short course (No. 7) entitled "MIMO Antenna Measurements made simple for 4G systems", scheduled for Friday, April 15, at Room G2 (14:00 to 18:20) in co-operation with Technical University of Cartagena (Spain) and Aalborg University (Denmark)
