The Online Help Desk web system provides customers with a number of maintenance documents including preventive self-maintenance good practices, FAQs and diagnosis sample file formats. Both Remote diagnosis and in-situ regular maintenance works avoid the need to ship any Test Solution back to manufacturing. Software Releases
New software releases occur every six months. Although software updates are easily self-installed with the Software Installation Guide, customer support engineers from EMITE can also assist the customer with software installation and upgrading, either on-site or remotely through EMITE webmeeting tools. Software releases are also distributed through our regular Newsletter.
